We founded PASCAL on 3 core values.
Our core values are the guiding principals that dictate our behaviour and actions.
These are Simplicity, Trust, Value and 1%.
Simplicity – We believe the world of marketing automation today is simply too hard for most organisations to implement, integrate, use and manage on an ongoing basis. We believe there is a large gap in the global market for a new type of customer experience automation platform. One which manages and automates the entire customer experience in a very simple way.
Trust – We believe trust is paramount to establish and maintain any relationship. We believe the world needs a customer experience automation platform which can be trusted to deliver on the benefits which are originally promised, one that can be trusted that data is secure and one that can be trusted by our customers that their customer is receiving the right message at the right time on the right channel.
Value – We believe that most organisations around the world struggle to prove the value and return on their investment in marketing automation. We believe the world needs a customer experience automation platform which clearly communicates its value not only in terms of return on investment, but more importantly the value it’s providing to our customers end customer.
1% – We believe that every organisation has a duty to pledge 1%. Pledge 1% is a global movement to create a new normal in which giving back is integrated into the DNA of companies of all sizes. Pledge 1% encourages and challenges individuals and companies to Pledge 1% of equity, profit, product, and/or employee time for their communities.
