The customer journey is not linear, yet we as marketers are forced to build linear based customer journeys.

These customer journeys are hard to build, complex to test and optimise and require an army of technically skilled people to manually implement and manage. This costs organisations valuable time and money and makes it almost impossible for them to measure customer journey campaign effectiveness & return on investment.

What the calculator did for the everyday person, we are doing for the everyday marketer. Making complex things simple.

The calculator was developed to simplify complex mathematical calculations for the everyday person. PASCAL was developed to simplify the automation of complex customer journeys for the everyday marketer.

Unlike traditional rules-based automation platforms, PASCAL leverages machine learning and experimentation to dynamically simulate and test thousands of permutations to adaptively optimise every customer interaction and maximise customer lifetime value and loyalty.

Platform Features

PASCAL is a SaaS based customer experience automation platform which triggers customer journeys in real-time based on past, present and future predicted behaviours.

PASCAL both predicts and automatically sends the message with the highest probability to convert a customer.

Smart Recommendations

PASCAL provides predictive next logical product recommendations based on our advanced lifecycle marketing algorithms.

PASCAL maximises profit margins and eliminates excess stock with personalised discounts & offers based on a customers price sensitivity.

PASCAL’s algorithms only trigger campaigns at the most optimal time of day and day of week which have the highest propensity to engage a customer.
